I Could Use a Drink
It's been a crazy first half of the year for us. Lots of shows, lots of stuff and an EP that's almost always done. It's coming, though. That's what she said.
Paul and David just bought new homes, not together, however that would've been cute. Jared got a new job and a new guitar. Tom has taken a vested interest in humidity and is considering changing his last name to Rayo.
We've got a couple festivals lined up for the summer into the fall, but right now we're focusing on new material and maybe some new haircuts. What's that? You want to see pictures? Me too. Me too. All in due time. Until then keep an eye to the ground for this Chuck Norris of an EP, Delta Force style. Stay sexy.

Discovered/Barney McNabb's
So the Move Music Festival was amazing. We met a lot of great people and saw some really talented bands. We hope we're fortunate enough to get invited back next year. If you're anywhere in the northeast you should consider coming out.
In other news...This Saturday David will be performing at the Mercy College sponsored Discovered Competition. The show starts at 3pm and you can buy tickets HERE. If chosen we'll win a 3 song demo and hopefully those cool cats at Discovered will want to keep us around for a little bit. They have their own label..so we're excited.
Later on in the evening we'll be sharing the stage with American Pinup at Barney McNabb's in Yonkers, NY. It's our first local show in a while, so we're super excited. Get your dancing shoes on and your drinking face ready, we're gonna get silly.

Day 2 of Recording

Today was another 8am start time, but goddamn we got a lot done. Drums are done and rhythm guitars will be finished up tomorrow morning. It's all sounding awesome thanks to Sam Stauff and Asher Zeitschik, who are engineering the whole damn thing.

Our good friends WessMeetsWest are having their cd release show tomorrow and we're playing to support them at BAR in New Haven, CT. It's one hell of an album and you can pick it up HERE.
January 2 marks our first day of recording for new EP. Could be 4 songs, could be 5. No matter how many songs you know it's going to be sexy.

These past couple weeks
So the Manhattanville College show was a success. Our thanks goes out to everybody at WMVL Radio and Manhattanville College for putting that together and coming out to support. We had a blast. We're hoping to get back there as soon as possible.
Last night we played the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk in front of about 2000 people, which was pretty awesome. Our thanks goes out to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as was as Chelsea Gross for organizing the event.
Next up, it looks like we'll be playing for Hunter College Radio on November 1st, so keep an ear to the ground and turn your radios on. We'll be doing a full band hey-how-ya-doing on the air as well as a little bit of talking. More information to follow.

Manhattanville College THIS FRIDAY
That's right! We're going college bound at 1pm on the Manhattanville College Quad. If it rains we'll be taking the magic inside to a more intimate setting. Either way it should be a lot of fun.
Look for us the following weekend in Red Bank, NJ at the Light The Night Walk. In other news we're working an acoustic version of The Eagle Has Landed to give you crazy kids some new ear candy in between EPs. Keep it real and crack the deck.
